Fitness Training
Do you want to have more energy in your day? This program is designed to empower you to move with intention even between sessions. I will create a sustainable program based on your initial fitness consultation. Each package includes: endurance, strength training and stretches to help reach your specific goals.

Flexibility Training
Can you think of a time when you felt sore or achy? If yes, then this program is for you. We will focus on reducing joint/muscle pain, improving athletic performance, increasing range of motion and reducing the risk of injury. Sessions can include stretching, rolling on a foam roller, balance poses and functional movement.

Have you ever felt like you’ve tried every diet or food plan? Well, my approach is not a diet or a food plan. I will give you tools to make lasting changes to your perspective about nutrition. Each session will be a stepping stone to living a balanced life as it relates to flexible food choices, hydration and psychology of eating.
