MEET JULIE
Hi! Thank you for visiting my website!
My name is Julie Bwanka. I live in London, ON Canada and I have been a personal trainer for 10+ years. I’ve helped over 200 clients reach their goals!
Having completed a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology at Western University in 2014, I have researched how a balanced approach to healthy living can improve your overall wellbeing.
While in school I volunteered as a personal trainer at Western’s Exercise Research Department, YMCA and CMHA (Canadian Mental Health Association). After I graduated, I worked at Medpoint Fitness for 7+ years as a personal trainer and group fitness coordinator.
After working with a wide range of clients, I have created a tangible wellness program that is highly accessible, customizable and sustainable for long term benefits.
I have seen the positive impact it has had on my clients so I have made it my goal to help people enjoy their fitness journey, no matter where they are.
