What if I don't have any equipment?
We will use your body weight as your main source of equipment. I can customize each session to suit the space you have. We can use steps, chairs, couches, walls and general household items as needed. I can also recommend some equipment that you can buy based on your budget.

What kind of device do I need?
Sessions can be done on any device that has a strong wifi connection and a working camera. Laptops generally work the best. However newer smart phones, tablets, chrome books and desktops work well too. We will either use zoom or google meet depending on the best platform for your device.

What if I have joint limitations?
I will modify exercises and stretches to suit your needs. Please remember to share with me all of your joint limitations in the first session during our consultation. Many of my clients have wrist limitations so I am used to altering movements.

How do I get results?
Consistency is the major factor to my programs. My approach is all about small changes over a long period of time. Results will be measured with evaluations (flexibility, strength, endurance and balance). Nutrition is a large component is an overall healthy life so changes will need to be applied to what we do with our body and what we put into our body.

What if I need to cancel a session?
We will book sessions 48 in advance and if you have to cancel for any reason then simply reschedule 24 hours in advance. I understand life get’s in the way sometimes so, we will work together to make our schedules align.

How much space do I need?
Sessions are done anywhere with wifi so, you can set up your device anywhere that has enough space on the floor to fit at least 2 exercise mats. Ideally, the device can capture your entire frame at once (head and toes). You need to have enough space above your head to reach up and jump without touching the ceiling.
